Hi! This isn't meant to be a demand or something like that. I'd just like to know how to understand this quote:

Alexis wrote:The virtual cockpit model will be released after the wingview model, once the panel is complete.

I assume that there will be a 2D panel as well. Am I right? Thanks!

All things in time. The VC definitely needs some gauges to work, right?

Dear Project Airbus,

may I say that I'm very very glad that your talent is back in action. From the pictures you posted here I think this model will be setting standards for years to come. I do wish all of you good luck and all the best!

Agreed! Looks like it will set a new bar of realism for freeware!

Hey guys!

Model is looking GREAT! After seeing some of the newly released screenshots I want to ask whether or not the external model is now complete?

Just waiting for the release and some previews of the VC.

Take care,
Faris

just on the subject of multiplayer.... would there be a multiplayer model with no "Simonground" theory together with the FSX SDK model ?

No fix is planned for the simonground bug as of now. However, very few of us use fsx, and im not really familiar with that bug, though I think I have a general idea. Could you maybe describe it in detail for us?

Im not a modeller but I know as much as 'Thomas Ruth' Said in his "readme" files which he supplys with his A330 etc. It is a section in the model file which makes the ailerons and elevators droop while on the ground. However it is a problem if a group of people wish to fly togther or be in the same session in multiplayer in VA's or online ATC sessions; as it causes the whole of FSX to freeze and Fatel Error when you look at others on the ground in multiplayer. This is why Thomas Ruth Has included a Multiplayer model for his aircraft which do away with this 'query' so the ailerons and elevators stay in flight position and therefore does not Fatel Error you Flightsim Every time you look at them. I have noticed this problem with your A318, A319, And A320 FSX Models... And it would be a shame not to be able to fly these wonderfull models online and share experiences with others.

Thanks
Brett

If SIM ON GROUND is the culprit, we'd have to fiddle with nearly all of our XML anims (including wingflex and parallel bogies), and I doubt anybody would be up for that.

Stefan, contact us via PM on these matters. Be sure to give us information on what you know, what tools you use, as well as any screenshots/renders/videos of models you have created.

Hi guys,

just want to say that you guys are doing a great job. Learning that you are back to developing more A/C truly made my day. The level of detail that we are all seeing in the A380 project is truly, truly amazing! Long time user of your A319/320 models as well, really look forward to flying an Emirates A380...............any time frame?

Thanks guys, keep it up. You are an inspiration to us all.

Hey guys just two simple questions,

1. Will the A380 have the rudder turning when on ground? That is when taxiing and rotating the nosegear, will the rudder turn with it?
2. Is the A380 going to be updated progressively as time goes by after release?

Regards guys....

1 Rudder lock's being considered.. Derek is the guy to answer this question
2 Not likely, barring a severe issue that's undetected when in beta.. but that's not likely going by past releases
