Without getting into aspects of what we plan to release next and when and what the status of future projects are, I'd like to post a short announcement.

Project Airbus intends to recruit members to be part of our team, to help us develop and release more models while maintaining our standards and working on new improvements too. Accordingly we are looking for reasonably experienced modellers and FDE designers. This opportunity to work with PA is part of our efforts to develop our own projects as well as recruit new talent in the community and help them improve their own skills and knowledge of modelling and FDE design.

Currently we are looking at absorbing 1 member of each, though we are open to increasing that if we find suitable applicants. There are a few basic requirements that we are looking for.

model designers

Fairly experienced at model design and should know the basics. If you are an absolute beginner to modelling, please DO NOT apply. However for those who do know a fair bit but are still not thorough, please do apply. Our resident team modellers will help you work on your technique and help solve your problems. We are willing to guide new modellers and help them work on our projects. Also we are open towards helping them complete their own projects (if any) and thus work on their skills.
We would prefer applicants who use gmax or 3ds max as a primary modelling program. This is important as none of our team members will able to guide you using FSDS.
FSDS modellers will be considered depending on their skill base and only if their knowledge to complete their project using FSDS or a migration to Gmax/3DSmax is decent.

fde designers

Sufficient ability to develop, test and fine tune FDE's.

Important : For both the above positions, we may require you to prove your claims/abilities and would welcome to have a direct conversation regarding your application as these positions are not for new beginners or for people who want to "learn" modelling. Primarily we are bringing onboard new TALENT in order to help the team while simultaneously improving your own skills and knowledge.

For both the above positions, if you are currently working on a model by yourself it would certainly be an added advantage.
